Your Release (Licence) Key

With your purchase of Solutions Electrical Software you have purchased the right to use the software via a key licensing system. Please read and familiarise yourself with these terms conditions before entering your key.

• After your initial successful key has been entered there is an Administration charge of £25.00 UK or $45 AU for the generation of all subsequent keys. Your release key issued is locked to your computer for the life of the computer, please install the software on a good quality computer, to reduce your chances of needing new release keys.

• Please note that 1 licence is for 1 computer only, all additional licence keys for additional computers must be applied for separately.

After receiving your HWFP your licence key will be individually cut to match the Hardware Fingerprint (HWFP) you supply, to avoid delays please read the 7 steps below before entering your key.

1. Ensure the "Solutions" CD-Rom is not in the drive

2. Open your software and click on the “Enter Key” button.

3. The hardware fingerprint shown should be the same as the initial one you supplied in your email

4. If the HWFP is the same please go to step 6. If your HWFP is different please make a note of the new HWFP and Reboot your PC and continue to step 5

5. After rebooting if your HWFP is identical to the one you initially emailed then please go to step 8. If you have a different HWFP, please contact us immediately

8. Copy and paste the name and Key into the boxes supplied and press enter

9. Your Solutions Electrical Software should now be permanently installed on your chosen computer.
